Delete your Reliqra account.
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, right from the app. Here's how it works.
What deletion does
- Starts immediately. Your account is deactivated as soon as you confirm deletion, and you're signed out everywhere.
- 30-day grace window. Your data is held for 30 days in case the request was a mistake. To cancel deletion during this window, email support@reliqra.com from the email associated with your account.
- Then it's gone for good. After 30 days, all of your account data is permanently and irreversibly purged.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account: your inventory and item details, photos, prices and costs, sale records, reports, team and employee access, marketplace connections, and the account information used to sign in. Inventory stored only on your device or in your private iCloud container is under your control — remove it by deleting the app or its data from your device.
How to delete your account
On iPhone or iPad: open the Reliqra app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.
On Android: open the Reliqra app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm.
Can't sign in?
If you no longer have access to the app or can't sign in, email support@reliqra.com from the email associated with your account and request deletion. We'll verify it's you and process the request — a real person will confirm when it's done.
